Thank you for purchasing a course from The Equine Information Hub. We aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality educational resources for horse owners. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products
All courses offered through The Equine Information Hub are digital educational products delivered online. Once access to the course materials has been granted, the product is considered delivered.
Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once the course has been accessed or downloaded.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under UK consumer law, digital content purchased online normally includes a 14-day cooling-off period. However, when purchasing digital content that is available immediately, customers are asked to agree that access to the course begins straight away and that the right to cancel may be waived once the content has been accessed.
By purchasing a course and accessing the materials immediately, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has begun.
Refund Requests
If you experience technical problems accessing the course or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
In certain circumstances, refunds may be considered at our discretion if:
• the course has not yet been accessed
• there has been a duplicate purchase
• there is a clear technical issue preventing access
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Course Access
Course purchases provide access to the purchased materials for personal use through The Equine Information Hub platform.
Access to courses may not be shared with others and course content may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
